This Privacy Policy explains how Cubes Information Technology (“Cubes”, “we”, “us”), based in Benghazi, Libya, handles personal information in connection with cubes.ly, our business applications, and our integrations with Meta services such as Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp. Contact us at info@cubes.ly.

This is our general policy. The information processed depends on the product, features enabled, permissions granted and your interactions with us. It does not mean that every Cubes application accesses all of the information listed below. Additional service-specific notices may explain particular processing activities.

• Enquiries and support: your name, email address, company, selected product or service, and the messages or attachments you provide.
• Account and connection information: where an integration requires it, account identifiers, profile or business details made available through authorized permissions, connected Page or business account identifiers, and authorization tokens needed to maintain the connection.
• Content and communications: posts, media, comments, messages, contact identifiers and delivery information where you use a connected publishing, messaging or customer-support feature.
• Performance information: insights, engagement metrics and advertising or campaign information where access is authorized for reporting or management features.
• Technical information: information generated when services are used, such as IP address, browser or device details, request times, security events and error logs.

We receive information directly from you, from the businesses you interact with, from authorized connected platforms, and through the operation of our services.

We use relevant information to provide and operate requested services; connect authorized accounts; publish or manage content you authorize; respond to enquiries and communications; provide customer support; generate requested reports; maintain security, troubleshoot problems and improve service reliability; and meet applicable legal obligations. Permissions granted to an integration determine the features it can use. We do not ask you to share your Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp password with Cubes.

Meta data is used for the connected features you or an authorized business enable, subject to Meta’s applicable terms and the permissions granted. You can review or revoke permissions through the relevant Meta account or business settings.

Some services may use AI to help interpret messages or documents, draft responses, summarize information or automate a requested workflow. Where such a feature is enabled, relevant content and context may be processed by the AI providers supporting that feature. AI processing is not required for every Cubes service. Service-specific information should identify the applicable provider and any additional data uses. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your request.

Relevant information may be shared with service providers supporting hosting, form handling, email, storage, communications, analytics or enabled AI features; with connected platforms as necessary to perform authorized actions; and with the business whose service or account you are using. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect rights and security, or at your direction.

The cubes.ly contact form is handled by Netlify Forms. Enquiries are stored in the form service and forwarded to info@cubes.ly. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Meta and other platforms also process information under their own privacy policies.

Where a business uses Cubes to process its customers’ or employees’ information, the business may determine the purposes of that processing and provide its own privacy notice. Cubes handles that information in accordance with the applicable service arrangement. You can contact the relevant business about its processing, or contact us for help identifying the appropriate route for your request.

We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, the relevant service relationship, and applicable legal requirements. Retention depends on the type of information and the service. When information is no longer needed, it should be deleted or anonymized, subject to necessary legal retention and backup cycles.

We use safeguards appropriate to the services to help protect information against unauthorized access, loss or misuse. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may contact info@cubes.ly to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to ask about its use. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, withdraw consent or request a portable copy.

Data-deletion requests are available to all users of our connected apps. Use the subject “Data deletion request” and identify the relevant app or service and account. Do not send passwords or access tokens. We may request limited information to verify that you are entitled to make the request. We will explain any information that must be retained for legal reasons and any steps involving the relevant business or service provider. See our data-deletion instructions.

Disconnecting an integration stops its future authorized access but does not necessarily delete information already stored. You may request deletion separately.

The cubes.ly website stores your language preference in your browser’s local storage. Hosting and form services may process technical information for delivery, security and spam prevention. Connected services may have additional cookies or storage practices described in their notices. External websites and platforms linked from our services have their own privacy practices.

Our business services are not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and address it.

We may update this policy as our services or requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to info@cubes.ly.

• المحتوى والمراسلات: المنشورات والوسائط والتعليقات والرسائل ومعرّفات جهات الاتصال ومعلومات التسليم عند استخدام ميزات النشر أو المراسلة أو دعم العملاء المتصلة.
• معلومات الأداء: الإحصاءات ومقاييس التفاعل ومعلومات الإعلانات والحملات عند التصريح بالوصول إليها لميزات التقارير أو الإدارة.
• المعلومات التقنية: مثل عنوان IP وبيانات المتصفح أو الجهاز وأوقات الطلبات والأحداث الأمنية وسجلات الأخطاء الناتجة عن استخدام الخدمات.

نحصل على المعلومات منك مباشرة، أو من الشركات التي تتعامل معها، أو من المنصات المتصلة بتفويض، أو أثناء تشغيل خدماتنا.

نستخدم المعلومات ذات الصلة لتقديم الخدمات المطلوبة وتشغيلها، وربط الحسابات المصرح بها، ونشر المحتوى أو إدارته وفق تفويضك، والرد على الاستفسارات والمراسلات، وتقديم الدعم، وإعداد التقارير المطلوبة، والحفاظ على الأمان ومعالجة الأعطال وتحسين موثوقية الخدمة، والوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية المعمول بها. تحدد الصلاحيات الممنوحة للتكامل الميزات التي يمكنه استخدامها. ولا نطلب منك مشاركة كلمة مرور Facebook أو Instagram أو WhatsApp مع كيوبس.

تُستخدم بيانات Meta للميزات المتصلة التي تفعلها أنت أو الشركة المخولة، وفق شروط Meta المعمول بها والصلاحيات الممنوحة. يمكنك مراجعة الصلاحيات أو إلغاؤها من إعدادات حسابك أو نشاطك التجاري في المنصة المعنية.

قد تستخدم بعض الخدمات الذكاء الاصطناعي للمساعدة في فهم الرسائل أو الوثائق، أو إعداد الردود، أو تلخيص المعلومات، أو أتمتة إجراءات مطلوبة. عند تفعيل هذه الميزات، قد يعالج مزودو الذكاء الاصطناعي الداعمون لها المحتوى والسياق اللازمين. ولا تتطلب جميع خدمات كيوبس معالجة بالذكاء الاصطناعي. ينبغي أن توضح المعلومات الخاصة بالخدمة المزود المعني وأي استخدامات إضافية للبيانات. يرجى تجنب إرسال معلومات حساسة لا يحتاجها طلبك.

قد تُشارك المعلومات اللازمة مع مزودي الخدمات الذين يدعمون الاستضافة والنماذج والبريد والتخزين والاتصالات والتحليلات أو ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي المفعلة، ومع المنصات المتصلة لتنفيذ الإجراءات المصرح بها، ومع الشركة التي تستخدم خدمتها أو حسابها. وقد تُفصح المعلومات عند اشتراط القانون، أو لحماية الحقوق والأمان، أو بناءً على توجيهك.

تُعالج استفسارات نموذج موقع cubes.ly عبر Netlify Forms، وتُحفظ في خدمة النماذج وتُرسل إلى info@cubes.ly. وقد يعالج مزودو الخدمات المعلومات في دول أخرى. وتعالج Meta والمنصات الأخرى المعلومات أيضاً وفق سياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بها.

عندما تستخدم شركة خدمات كيوبس لمعالجة بيانات عملائها أو موظفيها، فقد تحدد تلك الشركة أغراض المعالجة وتقدم إشعار الخصوصية الخاص بها. تتعامل كيوبس مع هذه المعلومات وفق اتفاق الخدمة المعمول به. يمكنك التواصل مع الشركة المعنية بشأن معالجتها للبيانات، أو التواصل معنا للمساعدة في تحديد الجهة المناسبة لطلبك.

نحتفظ بالمعلومات للمدة اللازمة للأغراض الموضحة في هذه السياسة، وعلاقة الخدمة المعنية، والمتطلبات القانونية المعمول بها. تختلف المدة حسب نوع المعلومات والخدمة. وعندما تنتفي الحاجة إلى المعلومات، ينبغي حذفها أو إزالة ما يحدد الهوية منها، مع مراعاة الالتزامات القانونية ودورات النسخ الاحتياطي.

نستخدم تدابير حماية مناسبة للخدمات للمساعدة في حماية المعلومات من الوصول غير المصرح به أو الفقد أو إساءة الاستخدام. ولا يمكن ضمان الأمان الكامل لأي نقل عبر الإنترنت أو نظام تخزين.

يمكنك مراسلتنا على info@cubes.ly لطلب الاطلاع على معلوماتك الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو الاستفسار عن استخدامها. وقد تتوفر لك حقوق إضافية وفق القانون المعمول به، مثل الاعتراض أو تقييد المعالجة أو سحب الموافقة أو طلب نسخة قابلة للنقل.

طلب حذف البيانات متاح لجميع مستخدمي تطبيقاتنا المتصلة. استخدم عنوان «طلب حذف البيانات»، وحدد التطبيق أو الخدمة والحساب المعني. لا ترسل كلمات مرور أو رموز وصول. قد نطلب معلومات محدودة للتحقق من حقك في تقديم الطلب. وسنوضح أي معلومات يلزم الاحتفاظ بها لأسباب قانونية، وأي خطوات تتطلب مشاركة الشركة أو مزود الخدمة المعني. راجع تعليمات حذف البيانات.

إلغاء ربط التكامل يوقف وصوله المستقبلي المصرح به، لكنه لا يحذف بالضرورة المعلومات المخزنة سابقاً. يمكنك طلب حذفها بشكل منفصل.

يخزن موقع cubes.ly تفضيل اللغة في التخزين المحلي لمتصفحك. وقد تعالج خدمات الاستضافة والنماذج معلومات تقنية لتقديم الخدمة والأمان ومنع الرسائل المزعجة. وقد تستخدم الخدمات المتصلة ملفات ارتباط أو وسائل تخزين إضافية توضحها إشعاراتها. للمواقع والمنصات الخارجية المرتبطة بخدماتنا ممارسات خصوصية خاصة بها.

خدمات الأعمال لدينا غير موجهة للأطفال. إذا كنت تعتقد أن طفلاً قدم لنا معلومات شخصية، فتواصل معنا لمراجعة الأمر ومعالجته.
